Police are investigating a reported stabbing in Birmingham city centre after a 17-year-old boy was injured and taken to hospital.

According to West Midlands Police, officers were called to Cannon Street at around 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday, September 16, following reports of a stabbing. A 17-year-old boy was found at the scene with a stab injury.

The teenager was taken to hospital for treatment. Police said his injuries were not life-threatening, and he remained in hospital following the incident.
